Expendable Supplies: responsible for entering all receipt and issuance information into the Stock Control Program. This information will be provided by the Storekeeper on a daily basis. Using historical data as well as personal knowledge, the incumbent will recommend both minimum and maximum levels of office supplies and submit procurement requests as necessary.

Non-Expendable Supplies: responsible for entering all information related to the receipt of furniture and equipment into the Non-Expendable Property Application (NEPA) and all property records/inventory modifications. Prepare and process all disposal actions. The Storekeeper will provide this information. The Accountable Officer must sign all receiving reports and the Property Disposal Officer mush sign the disposal reports prior to the records being entered or deleted.

Additional Duties:

- Based on the Disposal Actions, prepare sale list and maintain files for each auction;
- Assist with configuring disposal property into "lots";
- Assists with transferring and/or storing of items at the Embassy or the warehouse.
- Assists with Conducting a physical inventory of USG property at each residential quarters prior to the departure of one employee and the arrival of another.
- Assists with the annual inventory of the Chancery, CMR, DCR and MSG/BEQ.

Welcome Kits: Stores and maintains all welcome kit items; provides inventory of items to each user and obtains signed inventory from the same. Upon return to welcome kit, verifies the accuracy of each kit. Submits requests to the Procurement Agent for replacement items as needed.

Back Up Duties: Acts as back up for the Storekeeper in his/her absence
