The Power Grids Grid Automation (PGGA) business unit is an umbrella organization for Grid Automation Products and Grid Automation Systems. Grid Automation Products is responsible for the development, marketing & sale and manufacturing of products for protection and control of high voltage power grids. The unit's product offer consists of relays in the Relion® 670/650 series and the COMBIFLEX family. The unit also offers services such as training to ensure customers get the maximum return on their investment in our protection and control solutions.
As a Supply manager, you belong to the SCM team at Grid Automation Products in Sweden. The SCM team is responsible for strategic sourcing globally.
Your responsibilities
Manage strategic electronic manufacturing services (EMS) suppliers.
Lead and develop sourcing of new PCBA's towards EMS suppliers.
Responsible for RFQ's, supplier selection, qualification and on-boarding of new EMS suppliers in line with strategic Sourcing process.
Work closely with R&D and other relevant functions.
Develop suppliers from supplier assessment, RFQ, contract negotiations, supplier relations and be the main supplier interphase.
Cooperate with and develop international suppliers.
Facilitate continuous improvements of supplier performance regarding cost, lead time, quality and service.
Drive cost saving initiatives.

Your requirements
You hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. or equivalent in a relevant engineering or business discipline.
> 3 years of experience in Sourcing, Supplier Relationship Management in industrial product development.
Experience in Project management, Product Development, Supplier Quality is beneficial.
Previous experience in negotiations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent communication and leadership skills, and a business-oriented mindset.
Fluency in English, written and spoken, is a must, whereas Swedish is considered as a plus.
