Tetra Pak Processing Components AB We develop, manufacture and market stainless processing components, primarily for the dairy, cheese, ice cream and beverage industries.We supply these components through Tetra Pak's worldwide network of market companies, and we're 250 employees at our plant in Lund, Sweden.CSM supports Processing Solutions' business by leveraging the purchasing power as well as improving efficiency in the supply chain.We need now to further strengthen our capabilities to achieve the world-class ambitions.As supply manager and part of a sourcing team, you will be responsible for a number of supplier accounts, working closely together with internal clients and suppliers to reach our objectives. Your responsibilities will include: .Build an attractive and reliable supplier base . Create long term relationships and make supplier agreements . Lead supplier development activities .Drive cost reduction activities We believe that a successful candidate has preferably a engineering degree and at least three years of experience in a similar position.You are confident in negotiating with suppliers and familiar with business economics as well as the technical aspects.Proficiency and know-how in production technology is seen as a plus.The position requires a social, driving and target oriented personality, enthusiasm for networking and a strong ability to handle many tasks simultaneously.English is our working language and you need to be fluent in both written and verbal English, where other language as e.g.Chinese is a merit.
