Supply Planner

Skånemejerier is growing and we are now looking for an additional colleague to join our planning department at the head office in Malmö. Your main areas of responsibilities in this role will include planning and purchasing of a specific product range, ensure product availability and manage product launches and phase outs. It will also be within your role?s scope to take ownership of the following KPIs: customer service level, inventory level and waste.

Being a central position in the company it is important, in this role, to collaborate closely with other departments such as warehouse, distribution, customer service, demand planning and milk production. You are expected to ensure proper communication and escalation to concerned functions to prevent supply shortages. It is important to make continuous analysis of your product range in order to adapt your planning accordingly. The ideal candidate would be curious, proactive and continuously looking for improvement opportunities, in the way of working and the way processes are built. When opportunity arise you will be participating and leading projects. Maintaining purchasing and planning parameters in ERP system is expected in order to ensure accurate planning and production figures. You also need to poses a natural talent for building and managing relationships with purchasers at our customers? side.

Qualifications that we are looking for:

Relevant higher educational background in line with the nature of this job
Minimum 3years of experience from similar jobs
Minimum 2years of experience from FMCG industry is desirable
Experience from M3/Movex is an advantage
Advanced skills in Excel is an advantage
