Supply Planner Blatteförmedlingen, founded 2006, works primarily with recruitment, staffing and change management.In the area of recruitment, we focus on diversity recruitment for local and international businesses.In the field of change management and leadership we make it easy for people, businesses and organizations to understand how diversity benefits Sweden and Swedish companies.Blatteförmedlingen is on behalf of an international client in Stockholm looking for a Supply Planner.Purpose of the job As a Supply Planner you be reporting to the Category Planner for a specific Category responsibility.Your role will be to support the category in creating, executing and tracking of supply plans.You will be responsible to ensure that stock is available at Hub to meet customer requirements.The role also means supporting the category planners by ensuring accurate maintenance of planned and purchase orders in planning systems.You will also be responsible for creating periodic reports and supply plans for selected suppliers, ensuring high levels of service. Your key responsibilities will include You will work closely with Marketing, Purchasing and logistics to ensure stock is balanced across the distribution hubs to meet customer requirements in an efficient and cost effective manner.This means that you will work with a selected range of suppliers, generating supply plans for delivery to group distribution hubs to meet customer service and inventory targets. You will be responsible for accurately maintaining the purchase orders in the ERP system for all items ensuring that all incoming deliveries from suppliers have followed the agreed process.To maintain and improve the data quality in the various planning databases is another part of this role.You are also expected to prepare and maintain periodic reports and to prepare and publish KPIs related to the role.As a Supply Planner you will be a part of the supply chain team on various projects in order to deliver continuous improvements in efficiency.Main requirements Appropriate degree or equivalent theoretical or practical competence Previous experience with Far East Suppliers with long transportation leadtimes Experience of working with an ERP (JDA preferably) Computer literacy (especially in Excel) Fluency in English, more languages is an advantage.
