Supply Planner, International Company, Stockholm Purpose Your role will be to support the category in creating, executing and tracking of supply plans.You will be responsible for balancing inventory across the European hubs, ensuring stock is available to meet customer requirements.The role also means supporting the category planners by ensuring accurate maintenance of planned and purchase orders in planning systems.You will also be responsible for creating periodic reports and supply plans for selected suppliers, ensuring high levels of service. Your key responsibilities will include You will work closely with Customer Service and logistics to ensure stock is balanced across the distribution hubs to meet customer requirements in an efficient and cost effective manner.This means that you will work with a selected range of suppliers, generating supply plans for delivery to group distribution hubs to meet customer service and inventory targets. You will be responsible for accurately maintaining the purchase orders in the ERP system for all items ensuring that all incoming deliveries from suppliers have followed the agreed process.To maintain and improve the data quality in the various planning databases is another part of this role.You are also expected to prepare and maintain periodic reports and to prepare and publish KPIs related to the role.As a Supply Planner you will be a part of the supply chain team on various projects in order to deliver continuous improvements in efficiency.Best Regards Sunbeam Lilja, Head of recruitment, Blatteförmedlingen AB.
