We are now looking for a Supply Specialist to join our Process Control Platform unit in Process Automation business. You will be a key person in executing purchasing and supply strategies that support the business by optimizing costs, quality, and delivery reliability of suppliers and supplied products. In this role you'll collaborate closely with suppliers, internal customers, R&D and other internal and external stakeholders.


Your responsibilities
Managing global Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) and direct materials suppliers (for Operations Centre), EMS and major suppliers sourcing strategy development.
Developing new strategies like, second source / dual sourcing, VMI etc.
Early involvement in new product developments, Gate process, etc. to insure the “should be” product prices.
Driving all kind of possible price reduction, contract management and negotiating in terms with EMS suppliers and other vendors.
Ownership of Supply Chain KPIs - OTD, Payment Terms and OPEX project targets.
Applying and implementing Procurement and Logistics standards, tools and processes in the area of responsibility to secure quality, delivery, cost and sustainability.
Delivering and participating in training programs as required for compliance and professional development.
Standardizing processes and implementing routines as per Group directives/instructions.



Your background
3-5 years Procurement and Supply Chain experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably from the EMS or Electronics industry
Minimum BA/BS Engineering or Associates Degree
Proficiency with MS Office
Excellent negotiation, communication and project management skills
Fluency in English
