We require Swedish native speakers who have good English to work as Technical Support Agents for an exciting new opportunity with one of the world's leading blue chip IT companies. We initially offer permanent contract with CPL. If you are technical enough and love computers, you could be considered even without University education. " Good technical ability, aptitude and experience
" Certificate, Diploma or Degree in IT (Doesn't need to be Computer Science)
" Technical support/Customer Service experience
" Great customer service skills
" Strong problem solving skills
" Fluent English and a Nordic language
