Support Engineers Drutt Support Engineer responsibilities range from troubleshooting technical issues, answering questions, working closely with departments such as Drutt Professional Services, Development and Sales to ensure outstanding customer service. These positions are based in Gothenburg. Profile: - Experience of working in a help-desk environment - Good communication skills, service minded and flexible - Experience of Unix (Solaris and Linux) and Oracle databases - Excellent listening, questioning and analytical skills along with the ability to remain calm under pressure - Experience of Java and server applications - Fluent in English, both written and spoken
