Description of company The Support organisation within Charging System is responsible for 3rd line Support activities for all nodes included in Charging System.This responisibility will now also be extended with CSR handling responsibilities that has previous been handled by BUGS.3rd line responsibilities includes, among other things, TR handling, release of Emergency Corrections, securing 24/7/365 Emergency Support. Job description Handling TR's and CSR's.This means trouble shooting and identifying product fault or configuration problems in nodes or solutions.The job also includes verification and release of Emergency Corrections and taking part of verifying Maintenance Packages.Close co-operation with Design maintenance is needed.Processes that are used are Modification Handling process and the CSR process.Tools that are used are mainly MHWeb and SMS Competence Experience of Ericsson Telecom systems and Charging System.Experience in troubleshooting on node and customer solutions Platform competence such as: Unix, TSP, AXE University Degree within data and/or telecom Contactperson For this recruitment, Ericsson is working with Manpower AB.Please send your application by using the link down below.Because the selection process and interviews are being conducted continuously, send your application as soon as it is ready - do not wait until just before the cut-off date.
