We are looking for you with knowledge and experience in fire alarm systems. You like to share your knowledge and want to grow into a support role with many contact points.

Your main tasks will be to handle various technical support matters, both troubleshooting and assisting Schneider's local and regional support teams with help by phone and email. You will learn our Fire Alarm System and our BMS (Building Management System) for building automation that monitors control systems such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, passage and safety, and the integration between them.
To be successful in the role, we see that you:
• Have experience and knowledge in fire alarm systems.
- Previous experience with Esmi fire alarm systems is an advantage.
• Have good English communication skills, both verbally and writing.
• Have good soft skills and can interact in a good way with other people with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Previous experience in Technical Support is an advantage.
