About you
We believe that you have a background of working with Service Management. The job requires that you are good at building relations and trust. You have the ability to get people talking and acting together towards solving problems for the End Users. There will be a number of different activities ongoing at the same time, so you need to be able to plan and steer your own work. If you have knowledge of IT Business Processes, End User needs and Supporting IT Services it is an advantage. You should also have knowledge and understanding of Project Management and ITIL.

About the assignment
As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for the support within the Service Area where you will be working with IKEA Retail Web, IKEA Retail Mobile Apps as well as ecommerce order and sales flows ;that means collecting support needs, write agreements and secure that we deliver accordingly. Your main responsibility is to have an overview of the current support status and proactively work to decrease the incident volume and shorten the incident solving time, always with End User Satisfaction and End User Productivity in focus.

You are responsible for that the support is secured short and long term by working in close relation to all support teams. Furthermore you are in charge of providing long term planning for the support of the Service Area. Initiative, coupled with a sense of competitive drive, and the ability to stay focused on results despite changing conditions, is the key in achieving the performance objectives of this job.
