The role:
This role requires a candidate to serve as the primary technical point at the Company's customer site.
The candidate will install, integrate, implement, and support the Company's software products on the customer networks and IT infrastructure.
What you will do:
Implement and develop proprietary adaptors & interfaces to telecom network elements utilizing the Company's products and solutions.
Collecting and Analyzing customer technical requirements,
Install, configure and test the custom solution
Train customer tech team on Company's products and customized solutions
Assist in analysis and resolution of ongoing support and maintenance cases.
Maintaining clear and effective internal and external communication and working relationships within the customer and internal company functions.

Must skills:
Knowledge and proven experience with coding capabilities of 1 language (C, C++, Java or equivalent)
Experience with the development and delivery of custom solutions and tools.
Strong sense of customer service (internal and external customers).
A self-starter, independent and quick learner with an ability to work effectively within a team, locally and remotely.
Able to react quickly to customer requests and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
Organized yet be able to multi-task

Advantages:
Experience with Unix and SQL
Familiar with SQL scripts & Web application servers (e.g. WebLogic)
Good knowledge of UNIX scripting
Background in Telecom / Communications / OSS and BSS solutions
Presentation/training experience
Good English language skills (fluent level).

Education:
BA/BSc degree - Computer Science / Industrial Engineering/ MIS /Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
