Volvo Penta is happy to announce that we are now hiring a Support Process manager & Argus PSKU (Process Solution Key User) to our Field Service & Diagnostic Tool support department.
The Field Service and Diagnostic Tool Support dept is part of the Customer Support dept in the central organization Global Parts & Services at Volvo Penta.
Argus is the case management tool for the aftermarket. The tool is used to report and request help and information concerning products that Volvo Penta has sold to end users.
As a Support Process manager, you will be an important representative for Customer Support in the on-going product projects, to secure that there is a functional support process in the aftermarket, when the products are put in production.
You will also be the main person for Volvo Penta to participate and drive the necessary development to the new upcoming case management system, which eventually will replace Argus.


Your main tasks will be to:
Supply daily support for the current and new Argus users with issues in the Argus system
Utilize the Volvo network to find best possible solutions
Represent Customer Support dept in the product projects to secure that a Support process will be available at start of production
Represent Volvo Penta in the development of the new case management system for the Volvo Group

Who are you?
To be successful in this position you need to be service minded, well organized and have excellent communication and networking skills. As a person you are analytical, solution focused and comfortable to work both independently and in teams.
You need to have curiosity and drive to take on new possibilities and you have the drive to challenge existing structures.
Documentation and communication with colleagues are kept in English as a prerequisite and Swedish is used in most of the daily communication in office.
