Support Representative to Budapest, Hungary.
The Company:
Our client is one of the world's largest Financial Software Vendors.
The Role:
Support Representatives provide first line support to Swedish customers - differentiating between genuine "bugs" and user issues.
Answering calls to the Hotline and providing solutions where possible.
Ensuring Service Quality levels are maintained.
Ensuring all calls and reports are diagnosed within day of assignment
Logging bugs into the R&D Bug Database
Reviewing outstanding calls and ensuring the clients are kept informed of progress
Candidate Profile:
You should be motivated and positive, with an eye for detail and have excellent Microsoft Office skills.
Skills/Experience required:
Native Swedish
Fluent English
Customer service experience
Salary:
Negotiable
