Ework Group is looking for you who are a young professional who are ready to take on your first/second role as a Support Specialist to join our exciting journey!
About the role
We are looking for a Support Specialist who will be part of our support team that today consists of 4 employees. You will play an important role in giving excellent service to our external partners such as clients, suppliers and consultants, and also handling questions coming from our own employees.
Customer Support: Contact with our clients, suppliers and consultants via mail, phone or chat.
Case management, answering first line support cases
Dispatch cases to other functions in the organization
Simple technical investigations (basic troubleshooting);
Professional level and/or fluency in Swedish and English
Experience from working in a similar role or with customer support is a merit
Service minded and high communicative skills
The ideal candidate is someone who has a problem-solving approach, likes to investigate and seek out information. You must be comfortable picking up the phone and be able to juggle a few tasks at once.
