Candidate Profile
As a Support Specialist of our Anti-Spyware program you will be the first point of contact with the customer.You'll provide the first line of enquiry for all incoming mail support.
Your job is to identify a variety of customer problems and provide the customer with the appropriate resolution.You will maintain accurate records and reports.Your role will be to provide world class customer service.

Job Description
Deep knowledge of windows 9.x, 2000, XP.
Deep knowledge of windows registry and file system.
Experience within Anti-Spyware, preferably Ad-Aware.
Experience and Skills
You understand the implications of software behavior and how it affects the user and the system.We expect you to be a natural multi-tasker with the communication and writing skills that are necessary.

Essential
Excellent Analytical & PC skills.
Experience with investigating program errors and installation.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Positive, friendly, professional manner.
Teamplayer.
Desirable
Helpdesk experience.
Anti-spyware experience.
