If you want to know more about IBX go to www.ibx.se .The Customer Support department is an expert function responsible for 2:nd line support.We are now looking for a person that enjoy working with support and technical issues and put a pride in deliver top class service to IBX customers.General responsibilities: - Receipt support issues by mail and phone - Investigate and analyse support issues - Performance of daily routines and system checks.- Buyer/Supplier administration.- Escalation of observed system events.- Follow-up on support issues.- Participate in development of tools, processes and routines.Qualifications: - At least 1 year of work experience within the helpdesk/support area.- Good computer skills.- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Danish.- Knowledge in procurement processes and /or other language are considered a merit.The position requires knowledge about IT processes, customer support, system and application management, as well as experience from applications used within the service management area.To enjoy working with IBX you must be excellent in handling customers and keep a high level of service towards customers.Moreover, candidates should have the ability to coordinate a multitude of work tasks with attention paid to details.You are open minded and professional and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.The position gives the candidate the chance to work with an exciting span of applications and supporting IBX customers worldwide.This position is placed in Stockholm.We offer an open and informal environment in top surroundings together with a team of the most competent and professional colleagues within Purchasing.
