Support Specialists
As a Support Specialist of our Anti-Spyware program you will be the first point of contact with the customer. You'll provide the first line of enquiry for all incoming mail support.
Your job is to identify a variety of customer problems and provide the customer with the appropriate resolution. You will maintain accurate records and reports. Your role will be to provide world class customer service.
Experience and Skills
You understand the implications of software behavior and how it affects the user and the system. We expect you to be a natural multi-tasker with the communication and writing skills that are necessary.
Deep knowledge of windows 9.x, 2000, XP
Deep knowledge of windows registry and file system
Experience within Anti-Spyware, preferably Ad-Aware
Excellent Analytical & PC skills
Experience with investigating program errors and installations
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good Communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
Excellent spoken and written English
Positive, friendly, professional manner
