Support Technician – Cyber Security Practice

We are now looking for a Support Technician to join our Cyber Security Practice. You will be responsible for helping Cyber Security Engagements across the region for providing technical designs, implementations, and troubleshooting of cyber security technology solutions co-operating with internal parties, vendors, and partners to customers. The position is placed in Stockholm, Sweden. Extended travel to be expected as part of the role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Managing the existing account and ensuring the service quality
· Support delivery teams to provide multiple Cyber Security Services in existing relationships.
· Improve Cyber Security Services Delivery
· Manage Cyber Security Services Solutions and Delivery Support for Customers

Key performance measures are:
· Service Delivery Quality for TCS’s Cyber Security Practices for the Customers
· Responsible for managing the technical issues for Cyber Security Services Customer

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· Knowledge of security products (such as Splunk, IBM, Symantec, Cisco, Forcepoint, Checkpoint, Nexpose, Algosec, McAfee, etc.)
· String knowledge of consultancy and delivery services on Cyber Security Services
· Technical support experience in large-scale cyber security projects and mission-critical infrastructures in Cybercrime and IT fraud (Spoofing, Forged Email, Phishing sites).
· Hands on knowledge and experience of more than 8 years in Cyber Security
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to learn new concepts and deep dive into technical problems.
· Proactive and can work independently or lead a team.
· Excellent at communication skills
· Ability to analyse and act.
· Can do attitude.
· Ability to lead team and at times work as team member
