We are looking for a number of Danish, Finnish and Norwegian co-workers for our technical support.Your main task will be to help IT-users with daily problems.This is done via telephone and e-mail.

Qualifications and personal profile:
We are looking for you who are service minded, can handle stress and is positive to new challenges.You speak and write English well and Danish, Finnish or Norwegian fluently.

You also need basic computer skills.Previous experience in the service area is a merit.
