About the Position
As a Consultant for Sustainability Assessment and Quality (SAQ) at Scania, you will focus on the role´s overall responsibilities and how it contributes to our Procurement Chassis team. You will collect and manage sustainability ratings from our suppliers, ensuring our commitment to sustainability. Your role involves reaching out to suppliers, guiding them through the data submission process, and maintaining high-quality sustainability ratings.

Key Responsibilities
In your role as a Consultant for SAQ, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Initiating and maintaining contact with suppliers to gather sustainability data.
- Clearly communicating the importance of the requested information and guiding suppliers through the data submission process.
- Articulating the consequences of non-compliance with our sustainability requirements.
- Assisting suppliers in accurately filling out the system and providing necessary guidance and support.

Training and Support
We will provide comprehensive training on the system and effective supplier communication strategies. You will start by supporting one procurement team and progressively extend your assistance to other teams until we achieve a satisfactory level of approved sustainability ratings.

Candidate Profile
We are seeking an independent individual who possesses the following qualities:
- Quick comprehension of tasks and the ability to efficiently learn new systems.
- Strong communication skills, enabling professional interactions with suppliers.
- An organized approach to tracking supplier progress, summarizing status, and reporting to the management team.
- The ability to quickly build connections with new colleagues.
- Candidates should hold a post-secondary education with a relevant focus or demonstrate work experience from similar roles.
- We believe that an interest in sustainability will drive motivation and lead to better results
- Proficiency in English is necessary.

Additional Information
For the right candidate, there is potential for a contract extension or permanent employment following the successful completion of the assignment.
