Do you have a passion for sustainability and wants to be the best in the industry?
As a global manufacturing company, we have an impact on the environment and therefore a responsibility to act and continuously work to minimizing this impact. We need to be the industry leader in sustainability by constantly improving ourselves, having a data-driven approach and engaging all our stakeholders. Our activities, products and services will be performed with care for the environment.
The sustainability operation is placed within the Quality organisation and will have a close cooperation with R&D, purchasing, manufacturing and with our suppliers and customers. 

What will you do?

As our Sustainability Coordinator you will help with our commitment of a sustainable future for our environment, our community, and our business. 
The work is divided into three focus areas; Reduction of CO₂, Circular Economy and Ethical and Responsible Business.
Our Sustainability Coordinator will do this by developing, implementing and monitoring our company strategies and actions plans. You will be active both at an operational and strategic level. 

-    Coordinate and align our targets and actions.
-    Benchmark best practice in the industry.
-    Support our suppliers and other stakeholders.
-    Build our competence in sustainability.

There is also a need for global alignment within the company.

What´s in it for you?

To be successful in this role you need to have a passion for sustainability and experience from Circular Economy or Sustainability.
You have a Bacholor or master’s degree from University and you need to be fluent in English. 
The right candidate has good communications skills, are eager to learn, investigate and accomplish results. Challenge established ‘truths’ and believes in cooperation and work data driven. 
You are structured and results oriented and have a strong personal drive to get things done.
