SW system engineer within telecom

About the job
We are looking for SW system engineers to be part of an AFRY agile team!
The team will work with the development of the layer 1 parts of a cloud-based simulation tool for 5G. The simulator will run bare metal on x86 devices and in order to reach needed performance, instruction set optimization will be needed.

Who are you?
Since you will be working in an agile team, we think that you are a Team Player! 
You probably have a great interest in embedded systems and want to work within the important telecom industry. As a Team Player, you like to share your knowledge with your colleagues, and you have great communication skills. You speak and write fluent English as this is required in contact with colleagues and customers. 
We believe that you have an engineering degree, either through a BSc or MSc, in computer science, electronics, mechatronics, telecommunications, embedded systems, or equivalent.
Must have competencies:

Documented experience in system design
Experience of being technical lead in a development team
C programming
Layer 1 according to 3GPP (network side or UE side)
Implementation on X86 platform

Nice to have:

Assembler
Performance optimization on GPU
Erlang
