For this, we need team members who think about technology and opportunities in new ways. We now offer a position as a Test engineer working within a team in the High Voltage Traction Battery ART.

What you’ll do?

You will be part of a Software team in the Traction Battery ART and take on the responsibility for the verification and validation of the team’s deliveries. The main testing responsibilities will be on software (SWRS) and diagnostic level. You will be involved in all testing needs the team has, such as exploratory testing and also calibration of the functions. Your responsibility stretches from reviewing the input requirement, creating test methods (DVMs) throughout the actual test and taking care of the results. In your role you might also have the contact with external suppliers.

We work in a highly specialized test environments such as Hardware-in-the-Loop simulators, prototype vehicles and specialized tools to test the systems. You will have the opportunity to participate in creating automated test cases both for the Hardware-in-the-loop and Model-in-the-loop environment. You will perform testing in our laboratories, as well as on the road and on expeditions, hence business traveling is something you can expect as an add-on to your daily work, therefore you need to be able to travel.

You and your skills

Do you like working with high technology and have an eye for finding and preventing quality issues reaching the customer? Then this is a role for you to prosper!

We believe you should have Bachelor degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science or other equivalent area. You should have at least 4 years of relevant working experience, to be able to enhance our ART competencies.
You should possess knowledge of automotive diagnostic systems and the tools we are using INCA, Canalyzer, DSA and Autosar. You have a driving license B, valid in Sweden and you are fluent in English, both verbal and written.

When it comes to soft skills, you have a structured way of working and have good documentation as well as analytical skills. You enjoy working in a team, with shared responsibilities and strong collaboration. You are proactive person, with strong drive and motivation to develop yourself as well as challenge and develop area you are working with.
