The company is continuously growing and now we are in need of a person with great passion for numbers that will be responsible for the overall accounting for Sweden The position will focus upon: 1. Accounts receivable, issue invoices and credit notes, follow up due invoices, book payments 2.Accounts payable, prepare and control payments, register invoices and payments 3. VAT calculation and preparation 4. General Accounting and Reconciliation of General Ledger 5. Monthly closings and reporting of BR, P&L and Cash Forecast 6. Inter company reconciliations and statements 7.Expense Report bookings and payments 8.General administrative, accounting and finance tasks You will work closely with the rest of the International Finance and Administration team and will report to the Finance manager and the CEO.For the right person good career possibilities exist. The ideal candidate should have the following characteristics and experience: .University Degree in BA or Economics .A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in an accounting department.. Methodical and analytic skills, organized, flexible, be able to work under stressful conditions . Excellent command of Excel and Access .Native Swedish and fluent in English.Good knowledge of Spanish or German is also valuable.
