Swedish and Portuguese Speaking Customer Advisor

Do you like to help others and are you confident using phone/computers as your daily work? Are you Interested in working with customers from Scandinavia and Portugal? You need to be fluent in both Swedish and Portuguese with a good level of English in addition.

In the role as Advisor your focus will be on inbound/outbound calls and achieve the goals set by the client

As an Advisor you may take calls for more than one product or service, and this requires attention to detail & a high degree of flexibility.


General Tasks:
- Service inbound/outbound calls and provide customer support.
- Ongoing focus on providing great customer experiences in every customer contact - including focus on constant improvement of our customer measurements - such as customer satisfaction.
- Incoming calls and emails - focusing on customer service.
- Follow processes and procedures laid out within the project.
- Attend the premises of work on time ready to begin work at the agreed time.
- Work together as a core unit and reach the goal set.
