The client

Our client is a market leader of online hotel reservations in Europe. Since 1996 they have expanded to a business of more than 550 professionals within the hotel, finance, internet technology and marketing businesses. This has built a company that provides online hotel reservations in the best possible way.

The role:
Answer any incoming queries (about the system and reservations, etc) from customers in a customer-friendly, timely and professional manner.
Manage the relationships with hotels once they have gone live on the website by providing high levels of customer service and account management support.
Act as main point of contact with the hotel to communicate any developments in service, products, website or systems e.g. most recently 'guest reviews.'
The person:
This role is ideal for an articulate and energetic Swedish speaking person with a 'can do' attitude.
You will have experience within a customer services or customer-facing role and will be passionate about providing the best possible levels of customer service. The role will require significant liaison with the accounts, sales and distribution teams in order to keep them up to date with any changes to hotel status.

Salary:

18,000 + Bonus + Overtime
25 days holiday plus public holidays
