SWEDISH SPEAKING ARCHITECT

We mainly design construction plans and deal with project management, construction supervision, construction site consulting, expertise and surveys. At Amhold we work with industry leading architects and design firms to provide high quality engineering services for public and private clients and are seeking a motivated individual to join the team.

The candidate should be experienced in engineering projects from concept to completion, collaborating with architects and designers to achieve engineering/architectural solutions, developing system design options, and attending and leading project design and site construction meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
The Architect is responsible for assisting the architectural design team in the development of the design and construction documents.
Works individually and with Project Design Manager in developing planning and creative-design concepts of a project.

Required skills and qualification:
Higher education in engineering discipline or equivalent studies
Proficient in Swedish and/or English, Estonian is a plus
Professional experience as a senior designer at least 3 years
Familiar with codes, permits, and software applications related to the discipline Proficient in AutoCad, and/or other similar programs
