Swedish Speaking Customer Service Advisor

> Location: Slough, Berkshire
> Hours: 37.5 hrs per week (during which various shifts operate), with occasional, optional overtime being available. Some weekend work will be included
> Duration: September or October 2007 upto approx February or March 2008
> Wage: 8.70 per hour + additional benefits to be discussed

> LEGO Direct are looking to recruit Danish, Swedish and English speaking advisors to work in our European contact centre based in Slough. Fluent English is also a requirement for this role.

> We think that we are a great place to work, but don't just take our word for it, we have also been CCA accredited for the last 2 years (which basically means an independent association also think that LEGO Direct is a great place to work). We are just 20 mins from London Paddington by train, and the office is a short walk from Slough station, although we do provide a free shuttle bus service from Slough station to the office too - see we told you we were a great place to work!

> This is a seasonal customer service role, aimed at maximising sales for the LEGO Company by providing a premium customer service experience to consumers who contact us by telephone (70%) and email / letter (30%).
> Our seasonal teams start with us in September and October each year and normally work through to February/March although this is dependant upon customer demand. There is also the potential for this to become a permanent role.
