Swedish speaking Customer Service Representative ( B2C )

We are urgently seeking a Swedish speaker for a permanent job in customer support (B2C) in England.


1/ Do you want to work in England?
2/ Are you fluent in Swedish and English?
3/ Do you have experience in office based customer support?


JOB PURPOSE/ DUTIES:

- Provide excellent service to Swedish speaking customers
- Deal with questions and queries in a professional manner
- Deliver high quality service at all times
- Update orders and customer accounts
- Support the management team and team colleagues
- Deal with customers via phone, email and live chats online
- Check and amend orders where required
- Liaise with couriers regarding deliveries
- Keeping emails up to date with a response time of 1 hour
- Assist the UK customer service team at peak times
- Working towards team KPIs for calls and customer satisfaction


YOU (EXPERIENCE / SKILLS ):

- Swedish - Fluent to business level ( speak / read / write )
- English - Fluent to business level ( speak / read / write )
- Strong communication skills ( spoken / written )
- Hardworking and eye for detail
- Enthusiastic and positive personality
- Very good keyboard skills + general IT skills
- Team player who can also work on own initiative
- Methodical and accurate
- Customer focussed mentality
- Strong work ethic


Start:
Immediate / As soon as possible

Location:
Essex, England

Other:
- Only an hour by train from London ( for days out etc )
- Only one hour by coach from Stansted Airport
