We are looking for a well-rounded team leader to manage our existing team and provide effective guidance, people leadership and departmental management. In this role, you will be working with a thriving team of Customer Service Agents on a day-to-day basis and be the main point of contact for them. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration whilst lead by setting a good example all the while inspiring the team to achieve their goals as well as that of the department.
Qualifications:
.A fluent Swedish speaker who can also speak and write English fluently
. At least 2 years proven team leadership experience within a fast-paced customer service department
. You have a positive and a can-do attitude with a flexible approach - remember you are working on shift
. Good at motivating, inspiring, encourage and leading others
. You find coaching, sharing your knowledge and experience, and training others a bliss
