SWEDISH SPEAKING PROJECT MANAGER

We mainly design construction plans and deal with project management, construction supervision, construction site consulting, expertise and surveys. At Amhold we work with industry leading architects and design firms to provide high quality engineering services for public and private clients and are seeking a motivated individual to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of job assignments of the project team, subcontractors and partners
Project coordination, supervision and performance verification
Description and elimination of contradictories in the project documentation
Timely completion of project documentation
Project coordination and administration with necessary authorities and institutions
Organizing the rational choice of project team members, suppliers andsubcontractors

Qualification required:
Professional experience as a project manager at least 3 years
Proficiency in AutoCad
Self- reliance in work
Excellent communication and project leading skills
Excellent knowledge of Swedish construction field regulation, legislation and project design practice

Additional requirements:
Higher education in electrical power engineering or similar
Proficiency in Finnish and/or English, Estonian is a plus
Professional experience as a senior designer at least 3 years
Proficiency in AutoCad and/or other similar programs
