Job Title: Swedish Technical Advisor

Opportunities have arisen at our clients Nottingham based contact centre for Nordic Technical Advisors.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to join an established (30 Nordic Advisors) but continually expanding team. Technical Advisers are responsible for providing after sales computer and technical support to customers of Elkjop, Elgiganten, PC City and Gigantti.

You will be taking calls from customers experiencing problems with their PC's, helping them solve technical queries over the phone.

You will have the ability to help customers in one or more of the following languages, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish and Danish and also have English as your second language.

You will have patience, logic and people skills that are equally effective on the phone or face to face.

Salary/Additional Information: Basic salary from 16,773.23 to 18,396.44 (depending on technical ability) plus an opportunity to earn a supplement depending on the number of Nordic languages spoken fluently plus bonus + benefits
