System Administrator

UCG/ Radio Support is a consulting company specialized in support to the telecom and electronics industry.Mostly in the design/verification and test/industrializing areas.We have an office at Kista in northern Stockholm but are operating all over Sweden.To one of our customer we are looking for a System Administrator.You will work with the administration of the dealer system which is a solution provided by the distributor.At the moment there are a lot of new implementation project on several markets all over Europe.You will have a key role in the support flow, maintenance organisation and be an important member of the implementation projects.You will provide technical expertise and gather requirements for future releases and work closely with the supplier.- Developer background, experience in integration.- Knowledge about the development lifecycle, support processes (including incident management) and SQL.- You must have good problem solving skills, have customer focus and be service minded.- If you have experience working with documentation or having experience in project management that is of course something that we se as very valuable.- You have to be able to communicate in English and Swedish in both written and spoken language To achieve a more even gender distribution among our consultants we are positive to female applicants.We would like applicants to submit a detailed CV in Word-format.In this ad we are primarily looking for employees, but we also invite persons operating their own companies to apply.We decline approaches from recruiters and other sales persons.
