Academic Work is looking for a System Administrator/Operation Lead to our client 3.

CRM, ERP & SelfService team secure that 3’s sales, financial, customer service and Selfservice related IT systems meet the requirements for stability, performance, security and functionality in the Production Environment. The main task is to solve production issues, but also to work for long term stability that provides the best customer value. The team consists of technical specialists who like to talk technical details with the developers, while having a strategic overview and discuss the business needs with the users.

This job is a staffing position, which means that you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant at 3. The intention from 3 is that they will offer you a permanent employment, given that all parts are satisfied with the cooperation.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As a System Administrator/Operation Lead you and your colleagues in the team have the full responsibility for our applications. You receive new functionality from our development department and secure the stability long term in the Production environment. You will also, as part of the team, solve all kind of issues in any of the systems within our responsibility. On Call duty is also included during evenings and weekends, a responsibility shared within the team, approximately every fourth week. You will not be on call during your first 6 months and you will slowly ease your way in to it. At 3 they constantly seek to improve themselves and their way of working, and expect that you want to participate in the process.

The IT environment is highly virtualized, with Linux as OS, and Oracle as DB, but also Windows servers and other databases are used. Applications are developed in a variety of programming languages, so a broad mix of competence is needed in the team to trouble shoot & fix problems.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* Technical knowledge in computer science, software engineering or equivalent


* Experience of working with linux/windows/oracle environments
* Database knowledge & SQL
* Previous experience of working with development and/or operation of BSS applications
* Good communications skills primarily in English (Swedish is a plus
