System Architect

Are you the missing piece in our IT puzzle?

We are now looking for a talented and ambitious System Architect to our HQ in Stockholm, Sweden with focus on taking our IT systems to the next level so that they can enable our continuous growth journey. Backing you up, you will have a happy, very driven and multicultural team of around 170 people based in 7 countries.

You will be working with the structure, development and support of Happy Socks ERP-system (currently Dynamics NAV, but we're moving to Microsoft Business Central!) in order to provide an optimal and cost-effective business support for the expanding organization.

This is an important role in a young, successful company, with a huge potential for professional growth. The ideal candidate can balance the still existing can-do culture of a rapidly growing small company while developing the processes and structures it needs, to be set up for a successful future.

Main Tasks:

- Support and improve Happy Socks ERP system (currently Dynamics NAV) including integrations to other internal and external systems
- Participate in system related business development projects especially our upcoming new installation to Microsoft Business Central
- Monitor and follow up business critical processes
- Provide user support


Personal skills and abilities:

We need you to be a business minded, technical, structured and driven person, with the ability to see the overall picture and from the user perspective. It's a big plus if you have hands-on experience and an understanding from logistics and supply chain.

Further:

- 3-5 years of previous experience of Dynamic NAV or Business Central
- Understanding of logistics and distribution of physical goods
- Minimum 2 years’ experience from similar positions or as an application consultant
- Experience from Retail business
- Experience from upgrade or new installations of Dynamics Nav/Business Central
- Great IT skills combined with a good head for business
- Ability to communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders
- Optimistic, flexible and hands-on
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Structured with a sincere sense of ownership
