Our client in Stockholm is looking for a System Architect - RAN and CN Network QoS. The contract is for 6 months with possible extensions. Key skills: UMTS System Architect, UMTS Services Performance, CN/Core Network, RAN, QoS, KPI Job Description: . Analyse and define control plane and User plane Services performance requirements for RAN Network and/or CN Network to achieve QoS targets . Identify and generate RAN and/or CN measurements and KPIs related to services performance characteristics to determine UMTS QoS. . Provide design solution for RAN and CN services management to deliver effective network QoS performance. . Define and analyse performance optimisation of RAN and CN using Service management and OAM interactions . Assess 3GPP Standards evolution impacts on RAN and/or CN network performance. . Assessing of future improvements of RAN and/or CN network performance management design and algorithms approach. Essential Skills required: . Experience in CN and/or RAN Network services Architecture . Experience of Network design with respect to services performance design . Experience in wireless network performance analysis and optimization . Experience in WCDMA network architecture and signalling protocols . Good knowledge of 3GPP specifications Additional skills required: . Fluent spoken and written English . Good communications and presentation skills . The ability to communicate and work in multicultural team environment Beneficial: . Knowledge of Network OAM . Knowledge of QoS .
