The purpose of DNEW 2022 is to adapt Development Unit Networks (DNEW) to the market realities of 2020 and beyond.
We want to fundamentally change the way we look at R&D in DNEW. We are responsible for governance, development and maintenance of the Analytics Services System product. The system supports DNEW development organization with common analytics services and petabyte-scale computing and storage infrastructure.
We are a geographical distributed organization situated on the 3 sites Gothenburg, Kista and Budapest, a service-minded organization that provides a world-class development and test environment. This section will infuse a change that enables us to become a more data driven company, providing the feedback mechanisms to enable all developers to work more efficiently with data, as well as the generic analytics infrastructure.

You will be System CA lead, responsible for driving the CA (Continuous Analysis) activities in the program i-RA Precise Feedback in DNEW DSI System Management Data & Analytics, which consist of developing system architectures, services, principles and guidelines.
Responsibilities:
System baseline management and releases of the system product AZD 10125.
Collaborate closely with the Program management, Project Management, Operations and the Line organization supporting with stakeholder management and evolving the eco system of analytics.
Contribute to a continuous improvements
Drive synergies across the teams by establishing best practice knowledge management, sharing, and re-use.
Share in building a team culture, ways of working and environment where employees are engaged, demonstrating proactivity, teamwork, strong performance, high professional ethics, and high energy.
Learn from specialists/colleagues across Ericsson.

To be successful in the role you must have:
MSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, Business Management or related fields
Experience from a similar role
Experience as leader of complex technical organizations in a multi-stakeholder environment.
Solid understanding of how to nurture and develop internal and external Eco system.
Passion for driving changes and leading to set/meet performance targets
Highly developed Communication and Collaboration skills
Strategic thinking with an analytical, structured and result oriented approach
Solid project management and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical skills and ability to acquire new knowledge and apply it in the job
Language skills in written and spoken English.
Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment

Beneficial with skills in SW development, analytics and statistics, Data infrastructure, Service Enablement Platforms, Continuous Integration & Deployment
