Title : System Design Analyst Customer Relationship Management applications

ADS (Application Delivery Services) Marketing & Sales (M&S) is the department within Volvo Cars IT responsible for providing IT deliveries to the Marketing & Sales Departments.

This job posting is for a position supporting the Global Marketing
Department responsible for Customer Relationship management.

As part of ADS M&S working specifically as a System Design Analyst your responsibilities will be to:

Manage the development of prototype user interfaces based on functional
systems requirements
Determine suitable technical development and solution architecture for
given functional requirements in collaboration with Architects
Define integration with existing applications
Translate business requirements into structured systems design using appropriate design methodologies in close cooperation with Business
Analysts and business customers
In collaboration with the Business Analyst, develops testing
requirements and customer acceptance criteria
Provide program estimates to project manager
Develop detail program specifications

You will have experience of and be able to demonstrate:

System analysis skills
RUP (Business modelling & Requirements)
UML
Fluency in written and oral English
Supplier/agency management experience
At least 5 years IT experience
