Are you passionate about quality engineering in an agile software development context? The client are looking to strengthen the team with a Quality Engineer focusing on Test Automation.

Main responsibilities

You are a doer and you will work in a product area where collaboration is key. Your role will be to be part of a team with key focus to build a future test environment. In this role, you must love to collaborate with different teams, and have an excellent approach to continuous improvements and an always-on mindset. The new / improved test- & QA environment needs to be able to cater for different scenarios, hence multiple flows running without disturbances. The client need to cater for the following scenarios in parallel;

- New market launches where the full CbV setup needs to be tested and configured.
- The client are running several agile initiatives to improve what they roll out to an already "live" market. They also need the ability to setup and run their tests and configuration.
- The client need to be able to improve, build and test the CbV digital blueprint which is to be seen as "off the shelf digital product" for a new CbV market.
- The client need to have a test/QA/stage setup where the product teams can work with CI/CD without impacting the above scenarios.


Mandatory competence and experience:

You are an experienced quality engineer with at least 5-6 years of experience of setting up environment, infrastructure, firewalls, network and configuration management. You are very well familiar with CI / CD, DevOps & agile ways of working. For this role it is important to quickly be able to see the big picture to ensure capacity to cater for the above scenarios.

Preferred personal qualities:

You are a curious team player who loves to collaborate with others. You understand that quality is all about the team and you have a coaching mindset. You need to be able to see the big picture and to understand how to cater for different scenarios. You need to be self-going but a team player a quick learner.
