Collaborative Services Centre of Excellence (CS) is a function within VolvoCars Information Technology, globally responsible for delivery of IT
products and services in the collaboration area. Collaborative solutions are products and processes designed to enhance communication and
collaboration among Volvo Cars users for achieving team and enterprisegoals. Our main areas are document sharing, work-flow, intranet, mail and
data-conferencing. To strengthen the service to VCC in the area of document sharing we are looking for a System Designer for Documentum.

Job description


Translate business requirement into structured system design using appropriate design methodologies in cooperation with business customers
Evaluate suitable technical development and database architecture for functional requirements in collaboration with IT application managers,
IT Architects and Application Owners
Manage the development of system interfaces based on functional system requirements
Define integration with existing applications and lifecycle support implications
Identify critical performance characteristics, security measures and other application development considerations
Develop testing requirements and critical customer acceptance criteria
Technical support
Ensure that appropriate security and controls are instituted
Ensures appropriate use of Ford IT / Volvo Cars IT processes, tools and methodologies

Qualifications


Be skilled in the area of Enterprise Content Management and the Documentum portfolio
Also desirable is:
Experience as a technical project leader
Good technical understanding of document management challenges in large corporation, preferably not bound to one technology
Knowledge in XML/XSL, HTML and web content management
A true team player able to lead indirectly based on a very good understanding of the business process and knowledge of Documentum portfolio
Good interpersonal skills
Good communicating skills, including a high level in spoken and written English
Experienced in business analysis
Have customer focus and drives for result
Preferably a good understanding of Volvo Car organization and operations
University degree in an IT related topic with 5+ years IT experience
