System Designer Till en av våra större kunder söker vi nu en System Designer för ett längre uppdrag. Arbetet beräknas pågå minst sex månader med goda möjligheter till förlängning. Uppdraget avses påbörjas omgående. Customized Bioprocess Systems Customized Bioprocess Solutions (CBS), included in Product Supply organisation inside Life Sciences, is focused on customized process hardware solutions. The department is responsible for mechanical/automation design, manufacturing, sales support, quoting and project management. Globally there are approximatly 70 people working for CBS. CBS designs and develops customized large-scale production solutions within chromatography columns/systems and membrane separations systems. The equipment is delivered to customers all over the world. Position The assignment is to act as a System Design Engineer regarding developing Bioprocess Systems and Columns. As a System Design Engineer you are a part of CBS Functional Design team, which includes Involvement with RFQ phase of the sales process including - Customer RFQ specifications review - Internal technical specification review Functional Design including - URS review with customer - Design participation in POR (Project Order review) - Defining a Functional Specification for each product - Identify and approve ordering Long Lead Items - Internal design reviews - External Design reviews with customers and suppliers Detailed Design - Support detailed designer with system level knowledge and investigations Others - Investigations regarding Service questions - Investigations regarding quality issues - Investigations regarding Design related production issues - Investigations regarding R&D activities Overall - a System Design Engineer is the contact for taking care of Design issues from customer RFQ to IQ/OQ at customer site. Qualifications - Experienced system designer, at least 5 years experience, preferably within Medical equipment industry - Experience of technical project management - Fluent in English, written and spoken - Knowledge about GMP and preferably GAMP documentation Desired - Experience from designing process equipment - Experience from pressure vessel directives such as PED, ASME and other authority regulations - Experince from handling CE approval activities The work is done in customer projects in close collaboration with Mechanical and Automation Designer at CBS. It is important that you are driven with a good sense of urgency, able to handle stressful situations, able to come up with new ideas and suggestions in short term but also being a team worker with high quality thinking.
