System Developer

System Developer As System Developer you will join our development team in developing our product, Carrier CockpitT - either working with the core product part or with a responsibility for the entire end to end integration solution for a customer deployment. There will be both development of new functionality as well as maintenance and modifications of existing modules or interfaces. Your daily activities include: - Analysis and Requirements gathering - Design and develop functionality in VB.Net and PL/SQL - Be responsible for one or several modules or interfaces in Carrier CockpitT - Test and verification of functionality - Support other developers or departments with expert knowledge in functionality or technology Requirements: We're looking for students who recently graduated with an academic degree in computer science (or related field) or persons with a couple of years experience from developing software. Experience from VB6 or VB.Net, XML and Oracle PL/SQL is a must. General skills in Java or .Net are meriting. You will be a part of all phases of the development cycle and you should enjoy solving problems since different projects have different optimal solutions. You will be based in Stockholm but the role might involve traveling and the possibility to work in different parts of the world. As we work in an international environment and also have parts of the development in our Singapore office you need to be able to write and speak English fluently. Other languages are meriting as our customers are spread across the world.
