The groups Systems Architecture and Systems Engineering & Verification are responsible for the electronic and electrical (EE) architecture of our trucks. This means that we are working in areas such as system requirements, system concept evaluations and design, function allocation, network protocols and signal communication, function and detailed schematics and power management. The EE architecture is developed to fulfil the requirements of our different truck brands and segments, and consequently we are working together with colleagues around the globe. Currently we are facing a large challenge in developing the next generation of the EE architecture, while developing and maintaining the current architecture. As a System Engineer working with the logical architecture you will play a central role in the architecture development. You will ensure that system design fulfils the system strategies and the functional requirements and that the system resources are used efficiently. You will work together with other system engineers, system architects, function developers and component developers to create the EE system of our trucks. You will work with: Functional requirement analysis and allocation Vehicle communication EE system strategies, requirements and resources Quality assurance on EE system level We believe that you have the following qualifications: Master degree of electrical engineering, system engineering or similar Experience from designing electrical automotive systems Methods and tools for functional requirements and vehicle communication Good communication skills Good analytic skills High business and customer focus Fluent in English
