System Engineer - Brake System Mechanics

As a System Engineer you will be responsible for brake components.
You will be responsible to make sure that the supplier delivers in time, and according to specification. You will be a part of the Module Team Brakes System.

Responsibilities and tasks
• Make sure that the CEVT internal technical documentation is correct.
• Be in charge of change management activities during the project phase.
• Represent your components on CEVT internal meetings.
• Travel to China for test vehicle build events and quality assurance at supplier site.
• Work closely in technical meetings with our global suppliers from Europe and China


Profile and Background
• M.SC. or B.SC. in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
• Minimum 3 years documented experience of Automotive Development Work
• You will not be responsible for SW, but development experience of Electronic HW Components is a merit
• General good understanding of Mechanics Systems is needed
• You must be fluent in English, both speaking and in writing
• Swedish driver’s license, Class B
• Project leading and planning skills are vital
• Catia V5 and Team Center skills are a merit
• Positive attitude and interested in finding solutions together with other people/teams
• Willing to help others and to ask for help when needed
• Have an openness and awareness of Asian, European and foreign cultures
