Arbetsbeskrivning
The group Systems Architecture is responsible for the architecture and overall design, implemented by electronic/electrical HW as well as SW in our trucks. This means that we are working in areas such as system requirements, system concepts and design, system partitioning and allocation, signal communication, power management and electrical schematics. The architecture is developed to fulfil the requirements of our different truck brands and segments, and consequently we are working together with colleagues around the globe. In the projects we are working in tight cooperation with people of other disciplines such as function requirements, electronics HW and SW, wiring harness and system verification. Currently we are facing a large challenge in designing the next generation electrical and electronic system for the trucks. Depending on your qualifications, you could fit some of the areas where we need to strengthen our competence with skilled System Engineers / Architects. It could be with a focus on the logical design (communication, allocation) or physical design (power, I/O, schematic) or by ensuring that the logical and the physical design together forms a system design. We are in need of engineers that specialise in some of the competence areas of the group and then support the projects with those skills. We are also in need of engineers that could take a larger responsibility for system principles, resources and properties, and thus keep control of these within the projects. The role could also be to take the overall system responsibility within a project or sub-project. Depending on the role, various degree of team leadership may be a part of the job. We believe that you have several of the following qualifications: - Master of electrical engineering, SW engineering, systems engineering or similar - Experience from designing electrical automotive systems - Experience from overall system design and architecture of SW intensive systems - Methods and tools for expressing requirements - Experience of model based development and system modelling techniques - Signal communication and standards like LIN, CAN and AUTOSAR - Power management and load balance - Power dimensioning and system schematics - Good communication skills - Good analytical skills - High business and customer focus - Fluent in English
