System Expert, IT to Digitate

We are now looking for an ignioTM expert services engineer to bring benefits for customers through use case identification by customer needs. The position is placed in Stockholm, Sweden. Travel and on call duty can be expected.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Expert services engineer deploying the product on on-premise by providing the BOM.
· Participation on Architecture Review Board and Security Review Board with various stake holders
· Preparing expert services project deployment report for all the partner led account
· Part of SWAT team built to handle any issues or escalations in Europe for product deployment
· Enable strategic customers with proof of concept deployments
· Handling Senior and Mid-level client executives on the product stickiness
· Applying ignioTM in the context of various verticals to enable more AI values to the consumers
· Driving automation office across Europe by extending ignioTM
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
· 4+ years of experience
· Experience in Product installation on Window/Linux platform
· Designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance.
· Ready to learn new product and deployment process
· Powershell, Bash Shell scripting with groovy/java programming knowledge
