System support engineer – a key role within our PDM setup

Become part of our PDM support team, and take a key role in keeping our systems updated, with a wide contact net in Atlas Copco!

OM TJÄNSTEN
The CAD and PDM support team consists of 5 persons with different focus.
We develop the CAD/PDM system according to business needs, support users around CAD, PDM and product data management, provide training in the systems, and are a central function in updating our SAP system with new product data.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
You will work in close collaboration with R&D and other company functions, in updating our systems with new and revised product data, used both in the supply chain and when publishing product information to sales and customers.

Your mission will be to:
* Update SAP from the PDM information


* Maintain the semi-automatic interface PDM-SAP
* Review PDM data regarding regulatory compliance
* Provide user support and perform user training in CAD and PDM
* Assist designers with legacy data refresh


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* You have a background in engineering, and has worked either with mechanical design or been involved in product data management.


* You need PDM and ERP experience, preferably in PTC/Windchill and SAP
* To support the system users locally and globally, you must be fluent in English and Swedish.
* Mechanical CAD background is an advantage, preferably in Creo
* To succeed in this central role, you need to be a team player, be service minded, have quality focus in everything you do, and have pedagogic skills. You must be interested in and understand product data management, processes and system development.
