System technician to Westcon

Westcon is now looking to grow their team with a passionate and solution-oriented operation/system technician! To succeed in this role we expect you to have substantial experience of working with operations and support. We also believe that you are inspired by challenges that enables you to highlight your skills while simultaneously making a solid contribution to the team.

Qualifications:

- Experience from Cisco networks and that your are comfortable around it. (But: if you have other experience that you believe are of relevance, please challenge us!).
- Another requirement is that you must be fluent in German.


In any case we see that you have experience from working in organizations built upon ITIL. To you, challenges are never too daunting or problems unsolvable. Rather, you thrive to dive right in to find the best solutions. Although you will be a part of a talented and supportive team, we want you to be the one who take the lead by creative and methodic troubleshooting. You bring a positive, can-do attitude to work every day and are driven by a desire to support end-users.
